It has taken me years to really grasp, accept and intentional practice pouring into myself. Understanding that by doing so I am positioning myself to be even better for all those who need me. I also understand how spouses, family, friends, society and even social media can try to make you feel bad when you do those things JUST for yourself. In this episode I am encouraging you to do those things that allow you to thrive! We only have this one life to live on this Earth, so let’s make the most of it starting with US!
