S2 E4: Nikki Crewe (From Crew to Contact Centre)

In this episode, we chat with Nikki Crewe from Sunderland in the UK. Nikki started working in Hays Travel as 16 year old straight from school. She knew from a young age after seeing flight attendants when going on holiday that she wanted to make it a career. She started an apprenticeship with Hays Travel and when she was 18 started applying for jobs as crew. After working for a ground handling agent, Servisair, she got her first flying job for FlyJet. "I do look back and think of flying now and then and obviously redundancies are not good times. But one thing I know is after each down, came a big up and I am happier now than ever."
