S2, E46: Speak up, clearly, kindly and often!

Listen, at this point in time we should all realize that no one in this world are truly mind readers! Sure we try to give people hints, ideas, and allll the clues…yet our thoughts don’t always land. Do you find yourself wondering why can’t people just “get it”? How about the thoughts you have and the narrative you tell yourself? The words and tone you reply to the negative limiting beliefs that come more often than those that can actually serve you better? Well I am here to say that the time is now for us to all: 1. Speak truth, love, and positivity to ourselves. 2. Guard what we are watching, listening to, and those we have closest to us. 3. Learn how to communicate to those in our support circle. 4.
