S2. E47. Pocket of Peace

from Energy + Hours · host Jill Wright, Time Management Expert

Jenn Carlyle is an elementary school educator, fitness instructor and somatic mindful coach who believes in a holistic approach to wellbeing for women. She is a mom to 2 very active kids aged 8 and 12, and she is always driving someone to a sports event, even though she herself is very afraid of a ball. She is currently finishing her training to become a certified Integrative Somatic Therapy Practitioner. This therapy integrates talk counseling with massage, yoga movement, breathwork and other mindful tools to create long lasting and true healing from our past experiences and stored emotions. She teaches mom’s POPs, which stand for Pocket of Peace to help women reconnect to their true selves and shed the anxiety and overwhelm that comes with parenting. You can learn more about what Jenn offers and how to work with her at www.calmcabana.com. She has a free FB group where she teaches POPs and more about Somatic therapy: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1063451197139599/ and she personally prefers to teach on TikTok: @calmcabana but also has an Instagram if that's more of your jam: @calmcabana ************* Did you hear?
