Peggy Van de Plassche is the author of “Paris, Mushrooms and Me”, a creative memoir on micro-dosing and personal transformation through Europe. Think “Bridget Jones meets Eat, Pray, Love, with a micro-dosing twist" (publication in 2023). Prior to becoming a full-time writer, Peggy spent 20 years in the financial services and technology space as a banker, venture capitalist and entrepreneur. She was born and raised in France, moved to Canada 20 years ago & currently resides in Toronto with her husband Max and their cat Twinkle. Peggy loves to travel, read and play tennis.
