S2:E6 - Why Does Being Seen Have Us In Hiding?

In this episode, I want to explore this subject, as I have done several times in the past. Only this time, through the brain-body-mind lens. Up until a few years ago, my examination of this subject was largely mind-over-matter, a truly futile endeavour.  "I know what I am supposed to do, but I just can't do it!" The reality is we do know. The challenge is we just can't act, not in an authentic, inspired, fun-to-do-it kind of way.
