Our relationship is not run like an employeer to an employee, because the church is not a business, it's a family. These men care for my soul, as well as those of the rest of the church, and have dedicated themselves to helping us grow as we should. Well...God's desire is for such men to lead in every church. As spiritual fathers, shepherds, overseers, and stewards - these men tirelessly and selflessly tend to every spiritual need of the children of God. As a result, we must learn as the flock to love, respect, honor, and submit to them in our lives. #SetYourMindAbovePodcast
