Forgiveness is often misunderstood. It's not always a conversation. It's not always a reconciliation. And it doesn't bring immediate peace. In this episode, we explore what forgiveness actually looks like, especially when it's complicated. When the person who hurt you is still in your life. When they aren't capable of accountability. Or when they are no longer here at all. We talk about the difference between forgiveness and access, why distance can be a part of healing, and how grief is often woven into the process of letting go. Because sometimes you're not just forgiving what happened. You're grieving what never did. The version of the relationship that didn't become what you needed. The conversation that never came. The closure you didn't get. This episode is an invitation to approach forgiveness differently, with honesty, boundaries and without pressure to make it look a certain way.
