S2 E8 Eabha's disability, single mom-hood and a co-parenting queen ft. Niamh O'Reilly

On this weeks episode I chat with my loooooovely friend Niamh O'Reilly who is a single mom to her beautiful daughter Eabha. Gorgeous Eabha was born with a special disability called AMC which meant she was born with low muscle tone and fixed joints but really that just means she is cooler than most people 💕I decided to divide this episode into two parts because there was SO much to cover from finding out she was pregnant 3 weeks after moving to Portugal DURING covid, finding out something was wrong but not knowing what exactly it was for so long even after the birth, sharing a child with someone she has known since they were 15, managing co-parenting and doing such a good job at it and, coming to the sad realisation that nobody is going to fight or care for your child like you do. Aside from all that Niamh is GAS and is focusing on raising her tiny best friend, Eabha, and also being a screenwriter. No better person to have been dealt a shitty hand as she always see the positives in everything and is an inspiration to anyone going through a similar situation.
