S2 | E9 - CR Launch/Step 3

Welcome to The Awake and Sober Podcast, a podcast about Life in Recovery through Christ! On this week's episode we will highlight the launch of Celebrate Recovery at The Bridge Church in Lake Saint Louis, MO. We will also dive deeper into Step 3, We made a decision to turn our will/life and our lives/will over to the care of God, as we understood Him. We hope you are enjoying our step series so far and coming up over the next few weeks we will have testimonies from a couple of our brothers in recovery! We appreciate all of your support and as always... We hope you enjoy the show! A mainstay of our recovery stories is being completely honest with our support teams but, most importantly, honest with ourselves. How do we do that? The answer is simple: we journal about our experiences, ideas, and goals. If you are anything like us, that means you journal A LOT and take a bunch of notes, so don't you deserve a great writing instrument? We think you do, and so does the sponsor of the Awake and Sober Podcast Tactile Turn. If you have yet to use a Tactile Turn pen, let's be honest: are you even writing?!? If you are struggling with a behavioral health crisis or suicidal ideation and need to talk with someone, please call or text 988. You can also chat with someone online at 988lifeline.org
