S2 E9 - Harvey, Psychotic depression and a sausage sandwich

He understands his mental health as a jigsaw where different puzzle pieces create a whole understanding of what it is he goes through and how he manages. From walks being "criminally underrated " to routine playing a big part in Harv managing his mental health, we get an insight into his life and story of mental health. Harvey is an unbelievably intelligent, caring and articulate guy and it was a pleasure having him on to talk about his experiences.
