S2 EP 02: Sweating through our Issues at Treehouse Sauna

This week, we took the pod on the road - and straight into the heat at Treehouse Sauna, who kindly invited us down to soak, sweat & absolute sh*te (alongside some very real truths ofc).We get into contrast therapy from a woman’s perspective & how so many wellness “rules” were never designed with our hormones or cycles in mind. Somewhere along the way, we agree that sauna and ice baths have quietly become the new pub - & honestly, we’re not mad about it.The chat drifts into being in bikinis on camera, cellulite, stretch marks, and the way so many of us put life on hold because we don’t feel “perfect” in our bodies. Somewhere between the sweat & the hormones, we both agree that commenting on people’s weight needs to be left behind & how body shame steals so much mental space without us even realising.Huge thanks to Treehouse Sauna for having us and letting us bring microphones, opinions & some questionable behaviour into the sauna…
