His name is Emmanuel Omale. Emmanuel Omale is a Growth Strategist and Motivational Speaker.  He firmly believes that entities (humans and businesses) can always GROW and live to the max of their potential by becoming great learners.Growing up in a "middle-poor" class home in Lagos as an exceptionally talented kid, he was always in the fight to match his sad physical reality with the dreams of an extraordinary life he had in his heart.  It was a real fight that exposed him to the concept of "Growth," where he could map a path out of his sad realities into the life of his dreams and gradually follow through till he got to his desired destination.   Currently 18, he is the Founder of Max-Shift; Co-founder of RUMONEY; Growth Strategist with Pickmeup; and Convener of the Light It Up Conference.  He constantly engages with individuals and businesses to proffer strategic solutions to their problems by identifying and maximizing growth opportunities.   He has worked directly with more than 30 brands, including Wegodigiteens Africa, Analog Teams, TEDx Jibowu, Launch Out, Pickmeup.  He has spoken at many virtual and physical events as a motivational speaker.  It is his dream to be an inspiration to millions of young people around the world that their wildest dreams can become their reality and guide them through the path to realizing it.    "Growth comes with learning.
