It has become so amoeboid that the only way to manage this is to be agile-conscious, pre-empting the changes and coming up with solutions that best fit the challenges. HR has never been so in demand as it is now.The above no doubt holds a very significant place in the workspace, but we still have to deal with the mindset change for some HR leaders, who have found it quite a big deal moving away from the 'old' to the 'new' and as such the fight to maintain the status quo is very much alive.From where I stand on the evolution of the HR model regarding management, what I consider crucial and very pivotal is how it has the capacity and potential to bring about the prosperity of both the people and the business owners, not just the profits they often see and hear within the business space.
