In our conversation, Julia explains the concept of FemStory, the operating model of this digital platform, and the need for a diverse team and perspectives to create a digital product today. Julia also shares how she and her team used a lot of digital freeware to get started and launch the platform. We talked about the creation of mentoring experiences that actually empower women and how the startup is improving diversity. We discussed how men can use the platform to empathise with younger women professionals, understand their challenges and how these challenges might differ from their own.
