S2: EP 9 - “With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility”

In today’s episode Gaby talks about how analysis paralysis continues to affect her daily life and how she is trying to be proactive about it.The first step to tackling this problem is to get off her d*mn phone. While she has attempted to shorten her screen time, her inconsistent work schedule has unfortunately given her more time to scroll.So she decided to try to see how long she could go without scrolling. Gaby went SIX days without scrolling! And she surprisingly and unsurprisingly made a lot of progress during that time.No scroll days are going to have to be implemented more into her routine because using scrolling as a way to avoid her responsibilities is her vice. 😭She’s started to realize that her goals feel so big and scary because THEY ARE! Doing something you have never done before is scary. But she’s ready to jump right in.
