S2: EP 9 - “With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility”

In today’s episode Gaby talks about how analysis paralysis continues to affect her daily life and how she is trying to be proactive about it.The first step to tackling this problem is to get off her d*mn phone. While she has attempted to shorten her screen time, her inconsistent work schedule has unfortunately given her more time to scroll. So she decided to try to see how long she could go without scrolling. Gaby went SIX days without scrolling! And she surprisingly and unsurprisingly made a lot of progress during that time.No scroll days are going to have to be implemented more into her routine because using scrolling as a way to avoid her responsibilities is her vice. 😭She’s started to realize that her goals feel so big and scary because THEY ARE! Doing something you have never done before is scary. But she’s ready to jump right in. The time is now or never!Follow Gaby on socials:Gaby on InstagramGaby on TikTokFollow the WTFIW Podcast on socials:WTFIW on SpotifyWTFIW on AppleWTFIW on InstagramWTFIW on TikTok

    S2: Ep 7 - People Are Mirrors

In today’s episode Gaby talks about how people serve as mirrors to our inner world. If you find someone to be annoying, that says more about you than it does them. If you find someone to be kind or helpful, you more than likely are a kind or helpful person. She also updates everyone on her latest reads, like "The Alchemist” and other spiritual lessons she’s learned since the previous episode.Follow along for more content @wtfiw.podcast and @yofabgab♡︎ “For the Lover Girls” Valentine’s Day Collab ♡︎

S2: Ep 6 - My Sexuality and Dating

In today’s episode Gaby breaks down her journey to identifying as pansexual and when she first realized she was attracted to people of the same sex.Surprise! It all goes back to childhood! Do you remember your first crush? Well Gaby vividly remembers her first BIG crush and guess what? It was a girl. A girl with coily curls and the cutest personality.Thankfully Gaby has found acceptance with her family and while she has yet to go on a first date with a girl, the time will come when the time is right. And she also has realized that if that time never comes, it doesn’t lessen her identity as pan.Follow along for more content @wtfiw.podcast and @yofabgab

S2: Ep 5 - Get Out of Your Head

In today’s episode, Gaby shares how her most recent spiral reminded her to get out of her head.As we all know the mind is the most powerful tool in our body and it can also be our worst enemy. So it’s important to keep yourself in check. She also reminds us to gas up the people around us. You never know what a compliment can do for someone. And they’re free to give! She recommends checking out Nero Knowledge and Lisa Alexandra on YouTube for more on manifestation and spirituality.Follow along for more content @wtfiw.podcast and @yofabgab

    S2: Ep 4 - Be a Kid Again

In today’s episode Gaby shares how the key to manifestation is to be a kid again. You need to be playing more, creating more and living life not thinking logically. She has learned to catch the spiral of logical thoughts and overthinking. Like when she brushes her teeth she’ll be thinking about all of the things she has to do instead of being present in the moment. So when she catches the spiral, she reminds herself to just focus on the task at hand before allowing her thoughts to move onto the next one.Gaby also talks about how we need to be more fearless, like we were when we were kids. She gives advice on how to make life fun again by romanticizing your daily tasks and goes on many rants this episode.Follow along for more content @wtfiw.podcast and @yofabgab

    S2: Ep 3 - Goodbye 2025

In today’s episode Gaby wraps up her year with all of the lessons she’s learned. While this year in a lot of ways was not (and kind of was) what she expected, she wouldn’t change a thing. This year has helped propel Gaby into the timeline she wants to be living in.She feels more alive than ever and that’s all thanks to the lessons she’s learned along the way.So thank you 2025 and cheers to 2026!Follow along for more content @wtfiw.podcast and @yofabgab.

S2: Ep 2 - “Hurt People, Hurt People.”

TW: su*cide, ab*se, toxic behaviorsIn today’s episode Gaby breaks down her relationships. It’s an emotional episode, so just be sure to take a break and pause if you need to.She talks about how she learned to change her toxic behavior in relationships once she realized where she learned it from and recognized the patterns she was repeating. She’s learned how to stop the cycle by reading self-help books, books about psychology, going to therapy and staying on top of her mental health. While she’s not proud of who she was, she’s proud of who she’s become. So as a reminder, don’t allow your past to define you. Who you once were can be a part of your story, but it doesn't have to be the entire plot (if you don't want it to be).Follow along for more content @wtfiw.podcast and @yofabgab

Episode 39: It’s Time to Let Go of the Old You

Today’s episode focuses on letting go of the past and embracing the new.Gaby has been quantum leaping into new realities and actively welcoming her new life. Embracing being a podcast host, a content creator, an artist and working on embracing her identity as a singer/songwriter.She has found her old self, the complacent version of her past and her meanie brain, convincing her that she can’t do this. That this is all some made up dream that she should quit on to find “a real job.”It has taken her time and energy to dissolve her limiting beliefs and she knows that this all ultimately a test to see if she has fully leveled up. And the answer to that is yes. She will no longer succumb to the idea that she is a starving artist. That her dreams can’t come true, simply because no one else she knows has walked this path. She refuses to stay comfortable and complacent in this world. So meet the new Gaby, let’s call her Gaby 2.0. This is the Gaby who eats healthy, works out, meditates, journals, sings, writes music and dances to the beat of her own drum. While some of these components have existed within her throughout her life and would even show up at some points in her past, she would somehow find a way to quit on herself, give an excuse as to why she couldn’t do something and would end up back at square one. But the new Gaby refuses to fall back into old patterns. She refuses to blame people and the world around her. She’s the type of woman who takes things into her own hands. She’s the creator of her own reality. And she gets to decide what she wants out of this life. She has learned to accept her past, learn from it and to embrace the new, the unknown and all of the limitless possibilities the universe has in store for her. Episode 31: Optimism is a Choice

Optimism is a wavelength, just like pessimism is. It becomes an addiction to see the positive in things, just like it can become an addiction to see the negative in things. So in a room full of pessimistic people, choose to be optimistic. Choose to see that everything that is meant for you will find you, whether it be a relationship, a job, a house, etc.I swear the moment you relax and allow things to just be, a weight of anxiety, pressure and tenseness is lifted off of your shoulders. So when being realistic, accept things for what they are. When being optimistic you see things for what they could be in a positive way. And when being pessimistic (which we don’t want to do), we’re assuming that the worst will happen.Choose to be optimistic today and every day. xInterested in sponsoring the podcast?
