After nearly losing everything in the 2008 crash (and having his own home sit on the market for 3 years!), he realized the real estate system was broken for buyers. So, he built Gitcha. It is a platform that helps buyers find "off-market" homes and connect with sellers before a sign ever goes in the yard.
