Send us Fan MailThis story is beyond inspiring, David was in an abusive relationship with a woman who would physically harm him. He was over-weight, and he smoked  hundreds of cigarettes a week. To add to all of this, he had children who were in the middle of this abusive relationship (thankfully not physically harmed) and his sister was terminally ill with Cancer.  On this podcast, we discuss trauma recovery, and we focus on stories of hope, courage, strength and most importantly triumph over trauma. Listen to David tell us about the moment he decided to change everything. He realized that he was in charge of his life, it was only him who could make a difference. He felt like he didn't deserve happiness, until he realized that he absolutely did.
