Additionally, Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. She particularly loves working with new runners and first-time marathon runners, but welcomes the opportunity to work with folks at all levels and for all distances. Kim has run seven marathons, 13 half marathons, 2 sprint distance triathlons, and 1 Olympic distance duathlon.
