S2 Ep21 - Am I Psychic or Just Going Crazy? With Shamanic Healer Silviya Doneva

Are you intuitive, imaginative or just overthinking everything?Shamanic healer Silviya Doneva joins Andy to explore how we can tell the difference between intuition, fear and the stories our minds create.Silviya once worked as a computer engineer and trusted logic above almost everything else. Then, during a dark period in her life, her grandfather, who had been dead for more than 20 years, began appearing to her in broad daylight. In this episode, Silviya explains what intuitive information can feel like, why fear often arrives with urgency and a story attached, and how to recognize the quieter first impression underneath it.Then Andy becomes the guinea pig in a simple Woo Skill designed to test intuition before the analytical mind takes over.In the extended Woo Wisdom+ conversation, they explore soul retrieval, lost confidence, spirit animals and what it means to reclaim parts of yourself you feel you have lost.Show notes: https://woowisdom.com/s2ep21Silviya's website: https://www.thebutterflyalchemy.com/
