With summer just around the corner for this week’s check in with Glasgow based Pharmacist Elizabeth Roddick it is all about how best to prepare health wise for the summer. Elizabeth began by telling RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey about the main best ways to be prepared for the summer, what to have in your first aid kit, ensuring that you are up-to-date with all your medications and making sure you have enough in advance if you are going away on holiday over the summer.
