S2 EP6 - Mattie

Welcome to season 2 of Adventures in Careerland. With a new cast of student producers, we continue to explore how and why students make choices for their life and career paths. Manhattan or 'Matty' shares the importance of her attending a small school and trying out so many activities on her way to figuring out her interest in science and earning a national Schulich STEM scholarship. Welcome to our Adventures in Career Land podcast. I’m your host Adriano Magnifico and I’m the Career & Entrepreneurship Consultant in the Louis Riel school division in Winnipeg, Canada; and I’m working with two hard-working students from the Louis Riel Arts and Technology Centre Broadcast Media Program. We’ll talk to average students telling their stories about how they’re figuring out their life and career path – what kinds of decisions they’re making, why they’re making them, and what’s keeping them curious. The podcast is for anyone who wants to feel inspired by ordinary people trying to figure out how to do extraordinary things go in their lives.
