from Comic Jocks & Mental Blocks

In this week's installment the two guys recap their week gone by and chat us through their lives and what's going on and how unfun and lame they really are. Liam lets the listeners know he started a new job and he tells us how he feels about his prospects of staying there. From that point, Liam and Kev chat us through both their diets. Kevin takes us away and chats us through his struggles with the carnivore diet and Liam takes us through what hes going to try with his eating from this week too. Lastly as the pod plan goes on, is how the lads are training recently and how they plan on training over the next few weeks too. Kevin realises he needs to kick his ass into gear if he actually wants to compete in the powerlifting comp he's been on about for the last few months. Liam then makes Kev promise on a gym session to attend to try get him back on track. Hopefully it works... As always listen and laugh along as the two guys; Liam and Kevin takes us through their weird and wonderful minds and lives. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
