I met Whitney Mongé more than a decade ago while she and I were busking in the Pike Place Market. She is now a staple of the Seattle music scene. She gigs around the city as a solo or with a power trio playing her original, soulful music with much success. You can find her at The Hard Rock Cafe on Valentine's Day for the third year in a row.
