DOE, UCOR, Regulators and Community Leaders discuss the final steps involved in post clean-up closing  of the East Tennessee Technology Park (Heritage Center), once home to the historic Oak Ridge Gaseous Diffusion Plant.  As federal land is transferred to the community, the Park is proving to be an economic boon to the region.
