S2 Episode 11: Risk and relationships, how much is your agency willing to gamble?

In this episode we will discuss the concept of relationships- specifically with you and your employer. There will never be a perfect relationship in the realm of shift work, but if we don't try, or more importantly, the employer doesn't try, it is destined for failure. If the agency forgoes the requests of the masses, the masses will leave- and we absolutely can't have that happen in today's climate of law and order.
