The U.S has more people incarcerated than any other country in the WORLD. Blacks make up 13% of the prison population and CCA and hundreds of other companies are profiting from it. Food services, health services, uniform services and telephone companies are making hundreds of millions monthly off the backs of inmates. Particularly Black! Stay out of jail and prison, they lose money. Dont sleep on the coming up with new ways to lock us up.
