Landis Wade is a recovering trial lawyer and the host of the popular Charlotte Readers Podcast (where he has conducted more than 300 interviews), whose third book-The Christmas Redemption-won the Holiday category of the 12th Annual National Indie Excellence Awards.  BIO Writer, Podcaster, Speaker; Landis lives in North Carolina where he writes and podcasts, visits his grandchild and fly-fishes. His love of history led to his newest novel: Deadly Declarations. Deadly Decorations is a novel featuring an unlikely trio of retirees who try to solve the 250-year-old mystery of the controversial First American Declaration of Independence, actions which-if successful-will change U.S. history. That is if they don't die trying. He hosts a free twice-weekly podcast available on all major podcast platforms where he encourages authors to read and talk about their award-winning, published, and emerging works, the kind of stories and poems that touch the emotions, followed by the kind of questions and answers that offer depth and insight into the readings.
