S2E1: Bohlale Paile, Head of Graduate Recruitment and Development: Bowmans

Bohlale heads up the Graduate Recruitment and Development for Bowmans law firm. She studied for her BCom undergraduate and Honours degree at Wits University and majored in Human Resource Management and Industrial Pschology. Her career started at a small recruitment agency and further progressed through to Investec Bank, Standard Bank CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking). She is currently at Bowmans and has been for the past 6 years. During her time at Bowmans, Bohlale has managed to get the firm to be voted as the Graduate Employer of Choice within the legal industry for 4 years in a row, and has also been nominated by students as one of the Most Influential Recruiters through the South African Graduate Employers Association. Bohlale is a wife and mother of two young girls, a content creator and someone who is genuinely passionate about helping graduates and young professionals elevate their corporate careers!
