Do you mentor someone? Are you in a mentoring relationship? If so, have you really thought about what it means to be a mentor? Many times, when we are in a mentoring relationship, we need to take a step back and evaluate - are we moving the needle towards good? And what is the goal of the person looking to be mentored?
