She has coached leaders at the CXO/CXO-1level, across a wide range of industries including Retail, Healthcare, Technology, Media, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Private equity and Start ups. Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, she led global HR teams at Wipro Limited, helping its leaders scale the company to a multi-billion dollar, global organization of 150,000 employees.
