S2E2 Pedro Martins - Four-Day Workweek

The idea of a Four-Day Workweek has been discussed all over the place. Thus, Nova Economics Club wanted to understand the possible pros and cons of such a new paradigm in the labour market. Therefore, we invited professor Pedro Martins to give us some insights on the evolution of the working hours, the pros and cons, and the feasibility of such a policy in Portugal and in the rest of the world.
