"The Weekly RANT". During the pandemic, many FINALLY got their wish to WFH (work from home). For years companies WOULD NOT accommodate remote work for employees although the technology supported this years ago! During the COVID PANDEMIC, business gave in and it has proven effective and profitable! Now they want us back in the office as if everything is now normal! Really? So pandemic is gone? Can they put this genie back in the bottle? If being Remote is so much productive and convenient for the employee, why can’t companies accept the fact… that THIS is the NEW NORMAL!
