In this weeks podcast Eddy and Charlie have special guest Dr. Derek Idol back for part 2. This week they discuss how students are becoming more and more hungry for the word of God. They also discuss steps youth pastors can take to help guide students into their call to ministry and how to encourage their students in their call to ministry. Dr. Derik Idol is a residential and online professor at Liberty University, and serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Youth Ministry.  Before joining the LU faculty he served on staff in the local church all over the country at churches of different sizes (250 to 20000+) in weekly attendance.  He has a huge heart and passion to raise up the Next Generation of Leaders.
