S2E31 - What to do With Down Time

Whether you're a technician or a business owner/manager, if you're caught in a pandemic lock-down, or going through a "shoulder season" (you know, the "in-between seasons" times), you can still be productive.  Just because you can't do what you normally do doesn't mean it's wasted time; but you have to be organized, have a plan, and be ready to put it into action.
