So how did a Memphis man get 2 Memphis homes for $10?  The quit deed scheme was foiled after Stuart Breakstone 34 was seen in video recordings withdrawing money from an ATM. The money withdrawn came from a bank account set up using ID theft and the sale of two home in Memphis.
