He is currently the Executive Director of the Democracy Development Programme (DDP) whose aim it is to educate, activate and mobilize citizens. His passion lies in empowering citizens and communities to reclaim their voices and acknowledge their gifts and possibilities. He is a facilitator for the Partners for Possibility Programme (pfp), a national program whose aim it is to make schools the center of community. His work is based on the twin philosophies of co-creation and inspiring the art of abundance rather than scarcity.
