Our guest speaker, Jenna Talleda, begun working with clients last 2017, who had eating disorders. After she realized that she had her own issues with food and body, including chronic dieting, emotional eating, feeling guilty and out of control around food. Intuitive eating changed her life and the lives of her clients to be able to exist and have food freedom. So now, she helps people, especially those who struggling with eating disorders, on how to improve their relationship with food and body without restriction or fighting with the scale.
