Through resources and facilitation he helps them create more human and humane organizations for employees and their clients. Ed is also the creator The King Prawn, an app to help people in the workplace build more connected relationships for collaboration. Finally, Ed has become quite comfortable working with Artificial Intelligence and talks with Lamar and Tom about both the challenges and opportunities presented by the technology.
