Almost titled “perfecting your process” this episode goes over the high level planning that goes into keeping your jobs moving smoothly through your workflow, from booking to shipping, with as little error as possible. But you know us, nothing is really perfect and everything can be tweaked, so instead of focusing on perfection, we hope this episode inspires you to simply work on your workflow. This is a topic near and dear to our hearts lately as we both experience the growing pains of what it’s like to take on more work without strict workflows and risk the consequences of human error.
