I know from my own situation that it is easy to resent nurses due to some traumatic experiences. In reality, there are many nurses who are empathetic and caring with patients.I strongly feel that the only way to improve medical experiences is to truly work together and see both sides. We need to have calm, open conversations with one another about how we can improve interactions in a place that can be traumatic. I hope this episode resonates with you all!
