Given our climate today, I hope we all are taking steps to grow past our racist tendencies and grow to accepting all colors of human beings.  I created this list of black authors that I have read.  I've read 13/15 books that I am mentioning.  Also, before I posted this list,  I consulted with @shellys_book_corner_ on instagram.  She has her own list of diverse authors on her saved stories.  Check it that out also.  It is time we got more proactive and got "woke" about this issue.  Books are a great way to get us there.
