This week, Sarah and I joined our friends, Erin and Brad, for a pizza and pinot tasting! We each chose a different bottle of Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara County and tested our palettes to see if we could correctly match the wine in bottle A, B, or C to the tasting notes! We paired our tastings with wood fired pizza straight out of Brad's Ooni Karu 12" pizza oven! Sip with us while we explore our palettes, enjoy some pizza, and talk a little geology!
