Dan is an exercise physiologist at the University of Colorado teaching undergraduate students. Dan and Wayne teamed up some time ago to figure out the best protocols for training for mid life athletes, specifically around strength work.  In this episode they both share what they have learnt; how they work with clients and share some tips on how and where to start.
