I am so excited for today's episode, I could not wait to air it. On today's episode, I have an amazing Mujer on the podcast. Erica Bohannon and I are talking about forgiveness. This is not an easy topic, but I believe that it is a needed one. Today's episode is going to be a deep one, forgiveness is a difficult topic that most people don't want to talk about. It is a really painful topic. But it's necessary especially for women who strive to be empowered and confident. This Cafecito chat was necessary because so many women live wounded because of unforgiveness, and girl we don't need to be women who walk around bitter and full of unhealed wounds. As someone who is a survivor of sexual abuse and the mother of a daughter who is also a survivor of sexual abuse, this episode was definitely needed. With all Cafecito chats we dive into a little bit of everything. Erica tells me what inspired her to begin helping women heal through journaling and also shares her healing journey with us. This episode is going to inspire and empower you, as Erica and I dive into the power of forgiveness, faith and healing. Grab your cafecito or glass of wine and let's dive into this conversation.
