Giovanni discussed how his “double life” as an FBI undercover agent inside the Italian-American mafia impacted his loved ones and his own mental health. Giovanni also shares insights, strategies, and resiliency tools that have helped him, such as focused thinking and breath work, He also speaks about the programs Lakeview Health offers for first responders who are dealing with the challenges of substance abuse and addiction.
