S3 E11: This is Your Market to Win with RE/MAX President Nick Bailey

Rise up nation, meet our special guest Nick Bailey! A licensed real estate broker for over 26 years, Nick has broad experience across multiple segments of the industry. He has been a Sr. Vice President at Market Leader, a Vice President at Trulia/Zillow and, just prior to rejoining RE/MAX, the President and CEO of Century 21. Originally from Wyoming, Nick bought his first investment property as a teen and earned his real estate license at 21. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Montana State University and, for several years, has been named as one of the top 25 most influential leaders in the industry.  Nick had a successful 12-year career within RE/MAX, LLC regional services – rising to the executive level – before departing in 2012 for leadership opportunities in the real estate industry. He rejoined RE/MAX as Chief Customer Officer in September 2019 and was named President in 2021. In January 2022, he was named President and CEO of RE/MAX, LLC. Nick Bailey leads all aspects of the RE/MAX brand and business globally. He drives the growth of the worldwide network and oversees the development and delivery of RE/MAX, LLC support services to franchisees and Affiliates. Nick sets the vision for the brand and leads the alignment of resources throughout the RE/MAX, LLC operation – prioritizing innovation and modernization in virtually every area. He also addresses the membership, leads a staff in the U.S. and Canada, and represents the brand through frequent media interviews and industry events. In this episode, we take a look into the real estate crystal ball with Nick as he gives us his insights on the current and future housing market. He breaks down some of the trends we've seen this year and ones to look for in the new year.
