S3 E12: This Too Shall Pass with Joseph Jones

Rise up nation, meet Joseph Jones!   Joseph is a South Carolina native and Gamecock alum. He has been working in the financial services field since 2008. He has been a mortgage lender since 2013 with the top 1% nationwide in production for 7 out of 10 years with just over $500,000,000 in closed loans and over 2,200 units closed. He is married and father to 3 kids. He is an active member of Belin Memorial United Methodist Church in Murrells Inlet. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with family, spending time on the water on the boat, watching the kids play sports, and being in the woods hunting.    In this episode, Joseph gives us a positive perspective on the market. Although some of the interest rates are affecting first time home buyers and the inventory for houses to be bought is limited, he believes things will get better over time. He talks about his super power to connect with people and to listen to their situations so he can present them with the best options. He rises up by treating people like family and taking care of them.
