S3 E15 Virtual Classrooms And BB Guns

from Legally Unfiltered · host Sprinkle Law Firm & Borghardt Law Firm

Aside from obvious exceptions, what you do in your own home is your business, right? Likewise, what you have in your home is your business right? What about your bedroom? Is what you lawfully have in your own bedroom your business? Not according to one Parish in Louisiana. Recently a young student was suspended from school because while logged on to virtual school, the teacher saw a BB gun in the boy's room. You read that right... a young boy had a BB gun in his room... Shocking, right? What you may find more shocking is that this happened to yet another student from a different school, in that same Parish! The government's justification? Those bedrooms are extensions of the classroom. Think about that for a second... then tune in to this latest episode of Legally Unfiltered. You can bet Franz and Rich have some opinions about this. Enjoy and as always, keep it Unfiltered!
